Years ago (almost 10) when we were in Maine, we ran across this home for sale. My heart stopped. THIS is a beauty! It was located with great water views but not actually situated ON the water (perfect!). It was up on a higher street looking down over the water. It must have been foggy or hazy when I snapped this – the light color you see is actually water. I love how you see through the house to the water. We didn’t see inside the house (Fred would never have been able to get me home, ha ha). So for now, I keep it in my memory. When it gets too hot here for too long and we dream of moving to Maine, this is the home I picture (well, one of many)!
Then the weather gets nice here and miserable everywhere else. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side, is it?
Bottom line: Be happy where you are. Make the most of every day. #timepassestooquickly
